Starting from absolute scratch. This class is designed to start your Pilates journey and teach you the basics in a way that leaves you well informed and confident in technique to practice safely. We recommend if you have previously but have a broken period of practice that you take a beginners course to refresh your technique.

Improvers

Improvers

Having mastered the basics improvers challenges with extra movements and stronger exercises. In our small equipment class we use a pilates small ball, circle and block which you will need to have yourself at home. We can provide information on what to purchase if you contact the clinic.
